Are tables and chairs included at Echo Valley Sawmill?

Yes! All tables and chairs onsite are included.

How much is the deposit?

We require 50% down to confirm your date. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding date. Deposits are non-refundable, which is an industry standard considering we turn away clients once a desired date is booked. A damage deposit will be due 60 days prior to your event and is fully refundable after everything is reviewed and no damages.

How do I reserve Echo Valley Sawmill and secure my wedding date before it’s gone?

Contact us when you have decided on the date for your wedding and/or reception. The date is yours when we have received your initial deposit and signed contract.

How may I pay my deposit?

Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card.

Do I need to make an appointment for a tour?

Yes, we do showings by appointment only. Schedule a tour by filling out the form on our contact page, so you can view our beautiful location in person.

How far in advance do we need to book our wedding?

Often times we are booked at least a year in advance. However don’t be discouraged if you aren’t booking a year in advance. We can find a date that will work for you if you are flexible. Contact us so we can help you find the date for your event today!

Do you allow pets?

We do not allow pets however we will make an exception for a dog or dogs of the bride and groom (ring bearer) with prior approval from Echo Valley Sawmill and any service dogs as well.

May we take photos around the property?

YES! We have boundless photo opportunities from woods, lake, field, and beyond. You are welcome to take photos during your rental times.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes! You have the flexibility and cost savings to choose your own caterer. We have excellent resources to wonderful caterers, see our recommended vendors here. If you should want our wood-fired pizzas for your reception we would be happy to discuss this option as well. We have a caterer kitchen available for use.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No. We have a liquor license and provide all your beverage needs. Whether you are wanting a hosted or cash bar or somewhere in between we take the stress off your plate pertaining to bar services.

Is there a weather alternative space?

The brewery provides the perfect alternative to an outdoor gathering. The warmth and beauty of the space will help ensure your special day is not interrupted by weather.

How early can I get in?

You may arrive as early as 8am the day of your event.

Is there a place for the wedding party to change clothes or get ready?

Yes, Echo Valley Sawmill has two separate climate controlled bridal and groom suites. We also have the Barn with our honeymoon suite available for an additional getting-ready area.

Is there onsite lodging available?

We currently offer the honeymoon suite in our barn for our couples. Your guests can stay at the location of their choice, giving them the freedom to be in the surrounding town of their choice. Whether that be the Turtle Lake Casino Hotel, a local VRBO/AirBNB, campground, or one of the hotels in New Richmond. We can also connect you with shuttle services to seamlessly accommodate your guests’ transportation to and from their lodging. See our recommended vendors list here.

Can we have rehearsal at Echo Valley?

Yes! All of our packages include rehearsal and rehearsal dinner (up to 20 wood-fired pizzas) in our brewery.
